By booking a taxi, bike or tour with Northeast Tour Guide, you agree to the following terms. Specific details for your trip are confirmed in your booking message or invoice, which take priority over this general page.
Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only after the advance payment is received and we send a confirmation.
- Quotes are based on the route, dates, vehicle and kilometres shared at the time of booking. Changes may change the fare.
Fares & Charges
- Your quote lists what is included and excluded, such as driver allowance, tolls, parking, state entry taxes, permits and night charges.
- Extra kilometres, extra hours or route changes requested during the trip are charged as per the rates mentioned in your quote.
Travel Conditions
- Hill travel can be affected by weather, landslides, road closures and permit rules. Our drivers may change routes or timings for safety; we are not responsible for delays caused by such events.
- Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed in our vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Travellers must carry valid ID and any required permits (such as ILP).
Bike Rental
- Riders must hold a valid motorcycle driving licence and follow traffic laws, including wearing a helmet.
- Any damage, fines or challans during the rental period are the rider's responsibility. A refundable security deposit may apply.
