How to Cancel
Inform us by call or WhatsApp on +91 83898 21903, or by email at northeasttourguide0@gmail.com. The date and time we receive your message is used as the cancellation time.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges depend on how close to the travel date you cancel and on any non-refundable costs already paid on your behalf (such as hotel bookings, permits or safari tickets). The applicable charges are mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Date Changes
We try to move your booking to new dates wherever possible, subject to vehicle and hotel availability.
Weather & Road Closures
If a trip cannot run because of road closures, natural events or government restrictions, we will help you reschedule or reroute. Costs already paid to third parties may be refunded only as per their policies.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within 7–10 working days.
